100 mile Fundraiser to help offset operational expenses at the Veterans Park
The Ride to Remember will be held November 3th, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is open to both motorcycles and cars. This is a 100-mile Motorcycle Ride to Remember the fallen of Oklahoma from the Vietnam era.
A $25 registration includes a free t-shirt, meal, personalized dog tags, and a certificate for riding in honor of all 990 veterans.
Dog tags are in memory of Oklahoma Veterans on the Vietnam Wall. If you have an Oklahoma loved one on the Wall, you can request their name for a personalized dog tag. Personalized dog tags must be ordered 1 month in advance of the event.
How the Race begun
The Moose Riders of Lodge 1740 began the race in 2013 with the sponsorship of the dedication of the Vietnam Memorial Wall. The race is held the first Saturday of November annually. The race begins at 10 am at the veterans park and ends at the Elks Lodge. More than $50,000 has been raised to help with park operations.
